Winning Patch Designers Recognized at Troop 63 Court of Honor

Thomas A. of Troop 63, Berne, Switzerland, and his co-designer, Olivia A., were recently recognized with Certificates of Appreciation for creating the winning design in the Transatlantic Council’s Council Shoulder Patch (CSP) design contest.

Last year, the Transatlantic Council invited Scouts and families to submit designs for a new CSP that would represent the council across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. The design created by Thomas and Olivia was selected as the winning entry.

During Troop 63’s recent Court of Honor, troop leadership presented the certificates on behalf of the Transatlantic Council, recognizing Thomas and Olivia for their creativity and contribution to the Scouting movement. Their design is now proudly worn by Scouts and Scouters throughout the Transatlantic Council. The design captures the unique character and reach of the council.

Congratulations to Thomas and Olivia on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for creating a patch that will represent the Transatlantic Council for years to come.
