Camp Nadiia: Bringing Summer Camp to Ukraine’s Scouts

In partnership with adult members of Scouting America, the National Organization of Scouts Ukraine, and the Polish Scout Organization (ZHP), we’re excited to bring the adventure back to Camp Winiec, Poland, from August 9–16, 2025.

Set in the stunning woodlands of Eastern Poland, just outside Gdańsk, the HBO Winiec campsite offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable week of exploration and fun. This year’s camp will feature even more exciting activities, including sailing, kayaking, swimming, and other thrilling water sports. Scouts from Ukraine, Poland, and the United States will have the chance to connect, collaborate, and forge lasting friendships as they help shape the camp’s program through online planning sessions.

After the incredible success of the Ukrainian Scouts’ summer camps in 2023 and 2024, we are thrilled to announce the return of Summer Camp Nadiia—named for “hope” in Ukrainian. This year promises even greater growth, adventure, and camaraderie, with expanded participation from Scouts across the globe.

Registration Details:
Interested Units must submit a single provisional registration email for all participants, including both youth and adult leaders. Please include:

• Unit & Location
• Age
• Contact email address and phone number
• Please note all participants will be required to have personal insurance (medical, accident, travel, 3rd party liability)
